Shipping and delivery

What delivery costs

• Free across the USA on orders over $75.
• $25 on orders under $75.
• Express delivery is $25, and you can choose it at any order value.

Express is a paid upgrade. It moves faster once the parcel is with the courier, after the same 24 to 48 hour handling time.

How long it takes

Delivery across the USA takes 5 to 7 days, on top of the 24 to 48 hour order handling and processing time.

Where orders ship from

We fulfil orders from more than one logistics centre. Some orders are dispatched directly from our facility in Thailand by DHL Express, which takes about 7 days. Where that happens, US customs duties or import fees may apply and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Tracking

You get an email with a tracking number as soon as your order ships. Items in one order may travel in separate packages.

If something goes wrong

If a parcel is lost in transit we refund the item and the shipping. If it arrives damaged, send us a photograph and we will replace it or refund it. Under the Federal Trade Commission's Mail, Internet, or Telephone Order Merchandise Rule we must ship within the time we state, and if we cannot we will tell you and offer you the choice of waiting or taking a prompt refund.
