What delivery costs Free across the USA on orders over $75. $25 on orders under $75. Express delivery is $25, and you can choose it at any order value. Express is a paid upgrade. It moves faster once the parcel is with the courier, after the same 24 to 48 hour handling time. How long it takes Delivery across the USA takes 5 to 7 days, on top of the 24 to 48 hour order handling and processing time. Where orders ship from We fulfil orders from more than one logistics centre. Some orders are dispatched directly from our facility in Thailand by DHL Express, which takes about 7 days. Where that happens, US customs duties or import fees may apply and are the responsibility of the recipient. Tracking You get an email with a tracking number as soon as your order ships. Items in one order may travel in separate packages. If something goes wrong If a parcel is lost in transit we refund the item and the shipping. If it arrives damaged, send us a photograph and we will replace it or refund it. Under the Federal Trade Commission's Mail, Internet, or Telephone Order Merchandise Rule we must ship within the time we state, and if we cannot we will tell you and offer you the choice of waiting or taking a prompt refund.",

If it arrives faulty, damaged or not as described That is on us. Email theteam@magneticinsectscreens.net with a photograph and we will repair it, replace it or refund it. You pay nothing, and we pay the return shipping. The goods we sell carry the implied warranty of merchantability under the Uniform Commercial Code as adopted in your state, and any written warranty is governed by the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act. Those rights always apply and no fee is ever charged against them. If you change your mind There is no general federal right in the United States to cancel an online order, so this window is our own policy. You can return a product within 15 days of purchase for an exchange or a refund, if: it was bought in the last 15 days, it is in its original packaging and in resaleable condition, and it is not a custom made screen. Custom made screen orders cannot be returned. A non-refundable $22 per item handling fee applies, which covers the original packing and handling, and the item must be shipped back at your cost to the warehouse it came from. That applies where the reason is a better price found, a change of mind, it does not fit, it is no longer needed, or the wrong item was ordered. Refunds are processed 24 to 48 hours after we receive the item, back to the original payment method, or held as credit against a future order if you prefer. Cancelling an order An order can be cancelled until it ships. Most orders ship within 24 hours, so if you need to change or cancel one, contact us within 12 hours. A 12.5 percent service and processing fee applies to a cancellation once payment has been taken. Once packing and shipping have started, an order cannot be cancelled and the returns policy above applies instead.
